The Booklet Design

There are currently 27 booklets each providing Step-by-Stepinstructions for the same number of recipes. Each recipe is stored on a disc for ease of reproduction. 

Each booklet follows the same pattern with  simple word instructions attached to an image of the action required at every stage.


The booklets are all laminated and a marker pen is provided, so that the student can indicate the  completion of each ‘Step’. Lamination also allows the booklets to be wiped clean ready for future use.

Step-by-Step, the student is led from the beginning of the recipe its end, at which point a great deal of satisfaction is shown as food preparation is achieved independently, and a tasty meal is consumed!
